Why Meditation?

 

I have to say my first thought whenever I hear that question is -  why not?  

WHY NOT?

Why wouldn't you meditate when research shows that meditation:

  •  Reduces stress & aids relaxation
  •  Increases productivity & energy level
  •  Enhances memory, attention & focus
  •  Alleviates anxiety & depression
  •  Boosts immunity
  •  Improves digestion
  •  Slows the aging process
  •  Reduces reaction to pain
  • Increases intelligence & creativity
  • Reduces ADHD symptoms
  • Increases self-esteem and improves grades & work habits in children & teens.
  •  

All these and more!
