Free Loving Kindness Meditation

Join me for this short guided Loving Kindness meditation from the comfort of your own home via conference call.

Please allow approximately 30-40 minutes. The call is scheduled for 30 minutes, but you may feel the need or desire to remain in the stillness created for a few minutes longer. 

Choose a comfortable place where you can safely have your eyes closed for the duration of the meditation, remain undisturbed and allow yourself to be gently guided through this powerful practice.

Beginners - No special equipment or seating is required.
