What is Energy Medicine/Biofield Therapy ?
These include a variety of energy balancing methods, but in my practice I focus on 3 simple, effective styles - Reiki, Chakra Balancing & Bioenergy Healing.
These 3 help calm the stress response (fight or flight) in your body so you feel calmer & more relaxed. It gently releases stress held in the body which, over time if not released, can become disease. We aren't meant to stay chronically stressed, as many of us do in our hectic lives today.
Treatment gently encourages your own body's natural healing. Calming the stress response allows the healing response (rest & digest) to re-engage naturally.
